A second-generation window retailer with over 30 years of experience, Aaron has focused solely on the Smartpad Pro software for the last five years. During his time in retail, he helped develop and implement two other software programs for use in his business. Aaron us also heavily involved with the South Australian chapter of Entrepreneurs Organisation in various roles.
Renee has has more than 10 years of experience in training and developing staff in the window furnishing industry. Over the past five years, Reneé has focused on the main Administration and Product Builder sections of Smartpad Pro. Reneé is the voice of Smartpad Pro who you hear in our training and demonstration videos. She is also a member of the South Australian chapter of Entrepreneurs Organisation.
Min recently completed his MBA to compliment his Law, Marketing and Commerce qualifications. He has over 20 years of management experience and has helped start companies from Greenfield sites including IKEA Adelaide, Sumo Salad South Australia and South Pacific Laundry Adelaide.
Clifford grew up in the window covering industry, working with Hunter Douglas for over thirty years. He has worked in all areas of the industry from fabrication, manufacturing and training. Recently making the decision to open a small retail window covering company, Clifford discovered Smartpad Pro software and incorporated it into his business. With improved business operations, Clifford saw the benefits of Smartpad Pro which helped to providehis customers with a modern professional buying experience. Smartpad Pro software is superior to any other window covering software on the market. It is a robust program built for a medium sized company, but scalable to accommodate very large companies. I was so impressed with Smartpad Pro that I became their US Account Executive.
Greg has several years of experience working for the window fashion industry beginning as an independent window covering installer in 1986. Since then, he has worked as a sales representative for Designer Blinds of Omaha, and in 1992 he began working for Douglas Window Fashions. In 2014, Greg transitioned to training as a Customer Success Manager for Hunter Douglas. While in various sales positions, Greg represented Hunter Douglas products for nearly 25 years, and was involved in multiple new product launches and marketing programs such as Alliance Dealer and Hunter Douglas Gallery where he conducted multiple sales, marketing, product and installation training seminars. Now, Greg works with Smartpad Pro, putting his industry experience behind the company as our US Business Development Manager.
