With over 17 years experience in the Window Furnishings industry Aaron brings a huge amount of product knowledge and software experience. Specialising in the strategic development of the Smartpad Pro Software System alongside our Development team as well as the continued training and support of our Clients. Aaron Heads up our International licensing and Product development.

Renee’s main task is to set up your products in the Software. This includes building the questions and uploading all pricing. With over 10 years experience in the window furnishings industry she knows what questions and options you need. She also has fantastic knowledge of the software so when she isn’t busy setting up products you can find her training new clients on how to use Smartpad Pro!

Kevin is the lead developer at Smartpad Pro. He is busy working behind the scenes on new and exciting features and functions. He is also there to fix any bugs or issues that may pop up from time to time.

Kevin heads up our development team which includes testing the software and double checking all changes before they are updated. He is constantly working on ways that we can improve and advance Smartpad Pro.

Raffi is a great addition to our development team bringing a huge amount of experience and knowledge he works closely with Kevin on the back end of the software building out new modules, systems and functions as needed. Onto of this he is focussing on integrating automated testing of the software.

August is the head of our Tech support team and day to day support for our clients. One of his main tasks is updating the soft furnishing fabrics and converting the lists to upload into the software. He also works on assisting with product and account set ups.
With full training on the software, he can help trouble shoot any issues you may have. He is your first point of call should you need any assistance!

Hera works closely in our product builder keeping the system up to date keeping the products and fabrics up to date while building out new products as needed. She is well versed n the system and provides phone support as well as technical support where needed in conjunction with our development team.

Shoaib brings a huge amount of experience to the team. Heading up our system architecture and running our team in Malaysia Shoaib plays a vital role in the quality assurance on implementation of new functions.
